The Navy Virtual Library is a new Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) online service arising out of a Department of Defense (DOD) joint service initiative.
The DOD MWR Library Program is transforming the way MWR provides online library services to our service members, civilians, and families, empowering them to embrace life-learn learning, revitalize, and most importantly, be mission-ready. Search for new library materials; learn a new language; find a tutor; check out a digital book: these are just a few of the services offered in our new one-stop library shop.
